- Step 3 · Suspension
Service is restricted or suspended. Some carriers charge a restoral fee to turn it back on.
- Step 4 · Cancellation
The account can be closed and sent to collections. If you are under contract or on a device installment plan, the remaining device balance usually becomes due.
